IXL, ATC, DCS, ERTMS, SCADA, ENE,...) or telecommunications subsystem (e.G. RED, CRO, VID, TLI, SON, TEL, WIFI, TETRA,.). This is must be achieved following project strategy, company policies (including EHS, railway safety, local regulation and professional standard) and project QCD targets.**Position in the Organisation**Organization Structure**Operations /Regional Center / Project Engineering or Field Operation / T&C team**Organizational Reporting**Direct reporting: Project T&C Manager (PrCOM)Direct reports: T&C Engineers and Technicians**Key Network & Links**Internal**- Project Installation Manager- Project T&C Manager (PrCOM)- Project V&V Manager- Project Warranty Manager- Project EHS Manager / Coordinator- Project Engineering Domain Leaders**External**- Customer a/o Operator- Subcontractors if present**Mission**Performance Measurement**- Productivity (According project schedule)- CONQ (non-quality costs)- No deviation to EHS rules- Number of Punch Points in handover to T&C reports / customer reports.**Main Responsibilities****Key Accountabilities**- Prepares, T&C work:- 4M checklist to four weeks before starting the activity- Materiel and available Sites,- Availability of design documents to perform the activities are complete and with the latest revision and previous as built of installation- Availability of tools with the required calibration up to date,- Availability of skilled and trained resources -EHS, Special process,- The T&C leader is responsible, by delegation of the PrCOM, of the test, verification and delivery of a signaling subsystem.- Organize T&C activities (Planning, Access, Resources allocation, documentation).- Check compliance of Signaling systems in relation to system specification documents and contractual requirements.- Develop T&C procedures for his sub-system based on defined specifications for subsystems in area of specialization to meet contractual requirements
