We are now hiring a T&D Senior Project Manager to join our Operations and Technology Solutions team. The role will report into the T&D Performance and Operations Lead and ensure that project deliverables are effectively planned, delivered against and that risk and issues are being actively managed. The location of this role is Guadalajara, Mexico.
Accountabilities:
As a T&D Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning and initiation phases of T&D projects, serve as the point of contact for partners, manage project execution according to the defined project plan, develop and implement change management strategies, prepare regular status reports, and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable
- 5+ years of experience in programme/project management with a focus on talent and development initiatives
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills
- Analytical attitude with the ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience with HR change programs in a multinational environment
- PRINCE2 or equivalent experience or other project management qualification
- Knowledge of JIRA, Box and/or DocuSign
- Experience of working in a complex global organization
