.C3 AI has an opening for a **T&E Analyst** located onsite at our offices in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a T&E Analyst, you will handle various Travel & Expense process and initiatives at C3 AI. We are looking for an analytical, self-motivated individual who is experienced working in a high-growth environment without a direct onsite manager. The reporting manager will be located at the Company's headquarters in Redwood City. The ideal person will balance a positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to roll-up-their sleeves, allowing them to seamlessly function as a strong individual contributor, project leader, and team player. This role will report directly to the Director of Accounting.**Please note this role is located onsite, full-time at our Guadalajara office.****Responsibilities include**:- Manage the administration of Corporate Travel and T&E functions via Concur.- Process reimbursements and ensure accurate recording into the accounting system.- Audit employee expense reports including review of expense categories and compliance with C3 T&E Policy.- Perform Concur roles audit, document new Roles requests, and maintain Concur list management.- Prepare, analyze, and disseminate T&E reporting.- Provide support to employee inquiries and troubleshoot and analyze the root cause of issues.- Be familiar with multiple US and foreign-related limitations, rules, and regulations for expense reimbursements.- Manage and prepare weekly and monthly management reports from Concur.- Update training content to ensure program compliance and best practices; manage and lead user training sessions.- Identify and recommend opportunities for efficiencies.- Prepare monthly T&E accrual entries.- Reconcile balance sheet accounts related to T&E expenses in the GL.- Create and analyze reports to support budgetary spending.- Travel to C3 AI's headquarters in Redwood City, California on an as-needed basis.- Other duties as assigned or required including but are not limited to:- Perform routine general accounting support tasks for the accounting department as needed.- Provide supporting documentation for external audits.**Requirements**:- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional work experience.- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.- Proficiency in English communication.- Experience with high-growth companies, ideally in the Software SaaS/PaaS industry.- Efficient and accurate in day-to-day responsibilities, but adaptable to changing priorities as they arise.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Very high attention to detail, process-oriented, and systems savvy.- Concur experience is a plus.- NetSuite experience is a plus.- FloQast account reconciliation experience is a plus.- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.- Must be able to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize work assignments for efficiency
