Job Description SummaryThe T&E Sr specialist manages the T&E team and is responsible for the overall operational activities within T&E by executing accounting related matters, processing of expense reports, handling Credit Card and Compliance related matters.
The T&E Sr Specialist will deliver excellent technical and non-technical support for T&E related processes and system solutions.The position requires a customer centric, diligent, hard-working individual with proven experience in Customer Service environment and knowledge of T&E processes and solutions to drive outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.The role acts as an Operational Subject Matter Expert to deliver the daily operation, month end activities and customer support.Key Responsibilities:Provide timely assistance and customer-oriented support for incoming queries (Solution Center) and issues related to T&E processes and systems and act as a second level support.
Support requestors, stakeholders (internal and external) and suppliers to solve issues that are more complex related to the T&E process.Support a strong control environment, follows-up on audit issues and supports to implement correcting measures.Develop root-cause analysis to improve the level of service, quality and effectiveness of the operation in close collaboration with line manager and peers.
This position is measured by T&E KPIs (FRA Compliance % expense reports, end to end and approval cycle time avg days).Ownership and maintenance of the T&E system & tools (SAP, CWT, CONCUR, Citi manager).Support system transition and is responsible for knowledge transfer and knowledge retention within T&E scope.
Coordinate the global strategy within the team and drive GPO conversation and strategy.Participate and assist in driving the knowledge management process including the development of user manuals, knowledge bases, trainings, FAQs, etc.Qualifications:A degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant field.4-5 years of financial experience, Accounts Payable any other related finance field.2-3 years of T&E end to end process (mandatory).Spanish & English (advance written and spoken).
3rd language is a plus.Experience in MS suite, excel advance, SAP, CWT, Citi Manager and CONCUR environment (mandatory requirements).In-depth knowledge of T&E processes and system solutions.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization.Proactive, detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, customer service orientation, professional attitude, reliable.Leadership and communication skills (in charge of a team).Skills Desired:Compliance And ControlsContinuous Process ImprovementCritical ThinkingData Cleansing / NormalizationEmbracing ChangeFinancial AccountingFinancial And Management ReportingRapid Problem SolvingResilienceTax#J-18808-Ljbffr
