You will work closely with the HR team, business leaders, and other stakeholders to develop and execute recruitment strategies that support our sustainability goals and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice for early career talent.Partner with business leaders and HR team to understand our early career hiring needs and develop a recruitment strategy to attract top talent with a focus on sustainability.Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and referral programs.Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit with our organization's culture and values.Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and extending job offers.Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute onboarding and retention programs that support early career talent development and retention.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new tools and technologiesAct as a brand ambassador for our organization, promoting our sustainability initiatives and culture to potential candidates.We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.
