**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
PepsiCo has deployed the SAP/Ariba Procurement functionality to support the acquisition of indirects goods and services in Iberia. The tool is branded **myBUY** and used by 10.000+ end users across 50+ countries, with a central team supporting the PR2PO (Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order) process._ _The Helpdesk function is to support the End Users in resolving incidents and service requests.
- The Helpdesk agent (HD agent) has as main objective to receive (logging), managing, resolving and closing Incidents / Service requests from end users using the myBUY tool.
- Incident Management process includes: Identification & Logging - Categorization & Prioritization - Initial Diagnosis & Assignment - Investigation & Diagnosis - Resolution & Recovery - Closure - Review.
- The HD agent will be part of a team of 20 HD agents. Scope for the HD agent is North America, Brazil and LATAM.
As a Tactical Buyer
- Responsible for spot & tactical buying process that includes supplier selection, negotiation with suppliers and report savings.
- Execute standardized tactical buying processes, use of appropriate tactical buy tools and negotiations.
- Achieve SLA targets and maintain the appropriate control environment to maintain quality and service standards
- Support the users in the development of Specifications in order to get the detailed user requirements and supplier expectations
- Use client's tactical buy system to process requests to increase myBUY adoption
- Identify potential vendors and obtain quotes as needed according to the company's policy
- Improve purchasing process, considering procurement policies regarding budget amounts.
- Support users doubts and comments about the review of the PRs created.
- Help to assure myBUY automation target.
- Participate in periodical meeting with the myBUY's Extended Team & Category managers.
- Identify opportunities to automate business process.
- Perform monthly analysis of the spend managed
- Lead trainings and sessions for category users
- Develop & support additional projects in order to increase myBUY adoption
**Your Impact**
As Tactical Buy your functions would consist of
- Review all non catalog requisitions (Spot, Tactical, Strategic) securing all of them are aligned to PepsiCo & GP policies & proceures.
- Quote with the correct number of suppliers according to the policy and look for the best commercial option for the company.
- Be in constant communication with Manager Service Organization, Center Of Excellence, Vendors & Users to get accurate quotes and measure performance and fulfillment of deliveries and quality of items/services.
- When negotiating, must consider needs & specification of the users.
- Approve/deny requisitions according to the threshold within the SLA's.
- Knowledge of all Procurement processes, policies, categories & vendors
- Support all myBUY users with their functional & operative doubts
- Keep track of all reviewed requisitions in order generate KPIS
- Track and Report Spend, Productivity and Automation by Month
- The role is responsible for Incident Management:
- Incident identification and recording
- Classification and initial support to the Users for the Incident
- Investigation and diagnosis of Incidents
- Escalation procedures for ensuring Incident resolution
- Incident resolution and restoring service to its normal operation
- Communicating with the User and Closing the Incident ticket
- Categorization of INC's: Business Process Management / Catalog Management / IT Incident Management / Problem Management / Change Management / Vendor master data request for supplier creation/updates
- Prioritization of the work on open Incidents (INCs) according to a set of rules (Ticket prioritization P1 to P5)
- Manage communication throughout the lifecycle of the incident
- Logging, managing, resolving and closing the request raised by Users in Incident Tracking Tool (SNOW), if it is in scope. If not, the HD agent routes the User t
