You will ensure hiring plan and programs optimize Micron's competitiveness, optimize local schemes and reinforce the company business and quality of products and culture. New hiring tools and branding are key components of Taiwan TA team to optimize global DEI initiatives. You will partner and collaborate closely with key business leaders, global TA leaders and HR stakeholders. Taiwan TA members and recruiters are always critical to your success. Collaboration with HR business partners and site/regional HR will enable understanding of business needs and gathering of feedback on key performance indicators for implemented strategies.ResponsibilitiesDesign and update local hiring strategy and execution plan to meet yearly objectives and develop Taiwan TA organization and capabilities.Lead all local hiring initiatives in a timely manner to source, attract and hire qualified talents with engagement in Micron through candidate experience.Reinforce diversity hiring through local citizenship and improvement of talent branding, in collaboration with ERG, DEI, GCM and global TA branding team.Enable the delicate but essential balance between global standards and effective regional and site implementation.Identify and collaboratively design key metrics and measurements for global TA programs and services.Build and develop an empowered team that effectively aligns global efforts within a complex and changing global environment while identifying individual capabilities and potentials.Consult with business leaders and key stakeholders to contribute to business with hiring solutions and services.Approach and access candidates early, identify their needs and establish talent pool and hiring channels in preparation for upcoming hiring needs.Partner with HR and local communities including universities to keep up with changing job market trend and anticipate what candidates will want.QualificationEducation: Bachelor's degree and above or equivalent experience.Desired experience:Five years in recruiting or any other relevant fields.Five years of people development and management experience.Effective executive communication skills.Solid collaboration and communication skills to drive global alignment while enabling local specific practices.Demonstrated ability to create strong relationships of trust across global and regional counterparts
