You will support all Human Resources functions, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, training and staff development initiatives, and policy.What You'll DoPartner with the local PBP to develop HR policies, procedures, and systems that comply with local labor laws and regulations across different countries, ensuring consistency and fairness while accounting for local cultural nuances.Guide compensation philosophy and global compensation band work, in partnership with the local PBP. Provide guidance on how to think through global comp bands and equitability while also driving competitive banding for each market.Partner with each market leader PBP to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that is aligned with Tala's business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation and benefits, learning and development, & employee engagement.Partner with executive leadership as a strategic People partner on key topics like compensation philosophy, headcount placement, market migration, organizational structure, driving global role alignment and titling.Partner closely with the SVP of People and SLT to develop workforce plans to support growth and expansion into emerging markets
