No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know a little more**:- PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare to transform.**Responsibilities****The Opportunity**Responsible for executing the end to end recruitment process for PepsiCo professional positions aligned with the local requirements in order to fulfill the business talent needs.**Your Impact****As****TA MBS Analyst****your functions would consist of**- Constant communication with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders.- Deliver correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirement- Confirm internal eligibility criteria per applicant (level / perf ratings / time in role - via Hired Score)- Develop and negotiate the offer terms (e.G. comp. sign on bonus, vacation time, benefits, etc.)- Periodically review and manage open requisition report for accuracy- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement- Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities- Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issues resolution**Qualifications****Who Are We Looking For?**Education/Requirements- Bachelor Degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)- Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills), Portuguese (Desirable)- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
