At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**Main purpose**Responsible for executing the end to end recruitment process for PepsiCo professional positions aligned with the local requirements in order to fulfill the business talent needs.**Accountabilities**- Open requisition in PepsiCo's system.- Create job posting internally and externally based on the job description- First interview call- Schedule interviews with the hiring manager and the internal stakeholders involved in the process.- Produce the offer letter (based on appropriate template)- Re hire process - screening process (Clear the ex employees. Understand the reason why they left the company)- Understand and keep tracking of the Local recruitment KPI's.- Work alongside the local team in order to identify process gaps who will let him/her create and execute different call to actions willing to evolve the process.- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvementQualifications:**Qualifications**- Bachelor Degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)- Fluent English (Written & Verbal skills) and Portuguese (desirable)- A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in HR. Previous intermediary experience with high-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professional-level. Previous agency or search firm experience is also relevant and will be conside Previous HR experience, or specifically HR generalist work where recruiting was a large percentage of the work, is also relevant and will be considered
