The strength of the international business lies in its ability to tailor its products to meet unique dealer needs, consumer preferences and national requirements in local markets.About the role:**Are you interested in developing your career in Talent Acquisition?****Then this opportunity might be your chance!**We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Administration Analyst, **who will provide support and assistance to the Talent Acquisition department for our North America Operations. _We are piloting a new work model to support our International business, and you can be part of this great adventure._The TA Admin Support Analyst manages all administrative functions in support of the Talent Acquisition team to include, but not limited to: processing background checks and pre-employment drug screens, scheduling interviews, posting positions, and managing onboarding process for North America & Canada.This role will also serve as a back-up to the Talent Advisors in North America in reviewing resumes and conducting pre-screens as needed.**Hybrid work**: 3 days per week at the office & 2 days working from home**Contract Type**:Fixed term 6 months (This is a project with the chance of extending duration)**Role Scope**: North America Operations**Location**: Monterrey, MXWhat you need:- Bachelor degree in related field.- Fluent english skills (both verbal and written)- Ability to fluently speak Portuguese is a plus.- 1+ year of experience within an administrative/support function, preferrably in HR department.- Experience working in an HR Shared Service Model is a plus.- Experience working with HR Admin activities is a plus.- Experience working with North America (US Operations) is a plus.- Interest in developing administrative, procedural and transactional tasks.- Good communication skills- Proficient Software knowledge (MS Office Suit is a must, ATS knowledge are a plus).- Skills for working with internal stalkeholders(customers) and collaborating as a team.- Understanding of HR policies and procedures.- Desirable Knowledge of statutory regulations pertaining to recruiting, such as, but not limited to, anti-discriminatory laws and pre-employment screening.- Advanced grammar, spelling and proofreading skills.- Excellent organizational skills.- Ability to work independently- Ability to make independent decisions, solve problems, and exercise discretion relating to the performance of day-to-day duties- Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skillsLI-MONWhat you will be doing:- Conducts background checks and pre-employment drug screens for all North America new hires.- Assists with posting position on appropriate job boards (internal/external) as necessary
