**Talent Acquisition Administrator**
LOCATION: Guadalajara, Mexico
REPORTS TO: Talent Services Manager
***Core Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate interviews, reschedules and calendar requests while proacively anticipating and resolving issues through effective communication, customer service & expectations management.
- Follow up of background check process and reports.
- Continue Communication with TA Partners to assure an agile process.
- Effectively representing the Ingredion Employment Brand.
- Provide support for successful interview scheduling & leveraging technologies.
- Support initiatives in Talent Acquisition Process Excellence.
- Represent the department and company in a professional manner.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 1 year of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
- Experience preferred with Applicant Tracking Systems (Indeed, Workday, or similar)
- Strong Outlook management and SNOW desired.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High energy & enthusiasm, with a customer service orientation.
- Strong verbal/written English, Spanish and Portuguese communication skills required, Portuguese desired.
