****Job Summary****The CBS Talent Acquisition Administrator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers of the TA process in an effort to make a positive experience for all participants in the hiring process.
They are responsible for assisting the CBS Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Specialist by effectively supporting the TA process through tasking which includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and logistics for interviews, forms and technology maintenance, and referral payout tracking.
****What you will do**- **Schedule logistics for external recruiting events.
**- ** Confirm participant availability and schedules all phone screens, teleconference, and in-person interviews with all participants.
**- ** Send interview schedule and directions or teleconference instructions to all participants.
**- ** Distribute requisite tools / templates to support the evaluation process.
**- ** Manage / maintain all process documentation (if applicable).
**- ** Create job requisitions / job postings.
**- ** Referral program validation and / payout tracking.
**- ** Confirm start date and communicate day one logistics to new hires.
**- ** Initiate onboarding checklist for Hiring Manager.
**- ** Initiate onboarding checklist activities for provisioning (IT, Facilities, Security, Training, Compliance).
**- ** Initiate pre-employment checks with external vendor(s), monitor pre-hire due diligence timelines,** **and collect results.
**- ** Review results of pre-employment due diligence testing.
**- ** Supervise if there are issues flagged during the pre-employment process.
**- ** Escalate any issues to appropriate decision makers.
****Required Qualifications**- ** Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or relevant field.
**- ** At least 1 year in HR functions.
**- ** Availability to work full time.
**- ** Proficiency in English.
****Preferred Qualifications**- ** Experience using SuccessFactors.
**- ** Experience working with US market
