The tasks of Talent Acquisition & Advancement Partner include delivering and implementing strategy within the area of responsibility and in alignment with Group directives and the HR strategy.
In this role you will define, implement and continuously optimize HR processes and procedures aligned with Group guidance, policy, and procedures.
**This position reports to**:
Talent HUB Lead South America

**Your responsibilities**:

- Defines, implements, and continuously optimizes HR processes and procedures within area of functional responsibility in alignment with Group guidance, policy, and procedures.
- Partners with HR leadership and business leaders to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through existing HR practices, processes, or policies in area of functional specialty.
- Recommends new practices, processes, or policies to improve HR function.
- Recommends, develops, and assists in implementation of special programs in area of functional specialty.
- Uses and updates relevant systems in support of functional processes and procedures.
- Represents HR in the business entity, establishing strong relationships with business leaders and acting as consultant, sparring partner and coach.
- Accountable for the total HR offering to the business.
- Articulates the needs of the business to ensure relevant, impactful support for the business.
- Collaborates with Learning Partners to decide appropriate learning strategies and commission design and execution of customized programs to meet the needs identified.
- Provides legal and strategic advice and counsel to ABB management and oversees all labor relations and labor law matters, especially in all issues of national-/ local key restructurings / organizational changes / acquisitions / divestments / compensation & benefits.
Conduct due diligence in all fields of HR.
**Your background**:

- A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience with Talent Management Systems such as Phenom, Taleo, Workday, or SAP.
- Solid experience in recruiting Electrification, Automation and Control profiles, and technical knowledge in Labor Relations, Development, and Global Mobility.
- Advanced English mandatory.
