**Knowledge, skills and abilities required**:- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.- Bilingual (Spanish / English) spoken and written advance- Manage priorities, good organization, excellent communication at all levels of the organization.
