We are the leaders in our market and are accelerating to extend our lead and move into new markets.**The Role**:We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Advisor** to be part of this amazing and fast - growing fintech to make sure we bring the best talent to join Clip while sustaining our culture and fast-paced growth.As a brand ambassador of Clip, this person should thrive in an ever changing environment, transmit the passion of being a Clipper and live the company's values inside and outside its walls.**What will I do**:- Own the end to end cycle of the recruiting process- Collaborate and communicate with business teams to fully and clearly understand hiring needs.- Consult and influence business stakeholders.- Connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels.- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.- +3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles.- Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills both in English and Spanish.- Creative mindset, adaptable, problem solver, able to deal with ambiguity.- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is required.- Proficient in the use of job boards.- In Clip we are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
