The Role: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a temporary project that might last 6 months or more, to be part of this amazing and fast-growing Fintech, ensuring we bring the best talent to join Clip while sustaining our culture and fast-paced growth. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will manage full life cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to hiring candidates to join Clip. You will be in charge of providing the most exciting and smooth candidate experience, building strong relationships, negotiating, and transmitting passion for Clip's vision and purpose. You will also participate in networking events, develop new trends, and work on challenging projects to attract the best talent. Your ability to work collaboratively, navigate easily in a flexible environment, build effective relationships, and thrive in a team environment is essential. As a brand ambassador of Clip, this person should thrive in an ever-changing environment, transmit the passion of being a Clipper, and live the company's values inside and outside its walls. What will I do: Own the end-to-end cycle of the recruiting process. Source qualified candidates to meet specific job profiles and sustain the inbound/outbound level of our pipeline. Be a "hunter" using the ability to identify specialized candidates for our Payments & Go To Market line of business. Collaborate and communicate with business teams to fully and clearly understand hiring needs. Consult and influence business stakeholders. Participate in recruiting projects to promote candidate attraction to our pipeline. Connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels. Manage and interact with candidates to provide the best candidate experience. Build and present offer proposals and prepare candidates for their starting date. Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. +3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles. Track record of high volume schemes such as Sales is highly desirable. Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability to fast-changing environments is highly desirable. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills both in English and Spanish. Creative mindset, adaptable, problem solver, able to deal with ambiguity. Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is required. Proficient in the use of job boards. Data-driven decision-making is desirable, but not a must (you'll be able to develop this skill, but openness to learn is definitely a must!)
