**About the position**:**Your Key Results will be**:- 100% delivery of staffing requests on time (SLA)- Optimization of processes to improve conversion ratesTasks**Your tasks and responsibilities will be**:- As we scale, you might join efforts to provide talent for several stakeholders; we are constantly recruiting, not only for our internal staffing plan and to find partners, ambassadors, and contractors.
You might:- Collaborate with our external recruiting team by searching for potential key contractors and service providers for Bright´s operational success.- Collaborate with our Bright Partners Team to source top talent for large-scale sales.- Execute selection criteria for each position for the top-of-the-funnel applicants for the roles needed in our core team- Owning the full cycle of recruiting processes, from sourcing to offer- Networking with partners to strengthen Bright's Brand- Presenting relevant reports-based metrics and helping to design the strategy of the team**Requirements**:**We're looking for someone who**:Is passionate about making the world a better and more sustainable place-\ >1 year of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role- Is extremely organized and results and metrics-driven- Has a proven track record of success and/or being promoted in whatever they do- Has proven experience using diverse sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, University Boards, etc.
