**What You Will Do**
- Conducts interviews for available non-exempt positions, handles resume response, and arranges second interviews with department heads, as appropriate.
(supporting role)
- Responsible for New hires ( DL, IDL and BC )
- Responsible for local Job Fairs
- Becomes familiar with all non-exempt placement needs, and maintains accurate and up-to-date records of such; works closely with assigned departments to ensure their hiring needs are met.
(supporting role)
- Prepares and posts notices of Internal Job Postings in Talent Attraction App, in compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Maintains company notice boards
- Conducts new-hire orientation, ensuring that appropriate paperwork is in order; follows up on any missing information; ensures all Personnel files are in compliance with Federal and State laws.
- Becomes familiar with Company's benefits programs and provides information to employees as requested; conducts training of benefits to newly hired employees; enrolls all employees in a timely manner in accordance with policy time frames.
Processes all insurance paperwork, including short-term disability, enrollment and coverage changes.
Acts as liaison to insurance carriers to assist in first line problem resolution for employees.
- Becomes familiar with Company's policies and procedures, and interprets such to management and employees alike.
- Prepares workers comp paperwork in the event of an injured employee; coordinates medical treatment between the insurance carrier, medical doctors and the employee; works with departments for modified duty assignments.
Coordinates with corporate functions in this regard.
- Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database as requested.
- Additional duties as assigned by HR Manager.
- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.

- 2 year of related experience.
- English 75%, (reading and writing)
