**TALENT ACQUISITION ANALYST**
**Main Purpose**
This role is responsible for executing the TA process for open roles that give service to LATAM, FLNA, PBNA, and PFNA roles that are transitioning to MBS through active search and screening leveraging technology and TA platforms while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed, be the point of contact with the Hiring Managers and Interviewers to set expectations, report statuses and get the new hires through their onboarding to PepsiCo.

- Manage Intake Meetings with Hiring Manager from the business and Hiring Manager from GBS to align profile requirements.
- Ensure diversity representation requirements (gender balance).
- Ensure deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs in critical or specific roles
Qualifications:
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in TA processes.
- Experience with experience with sourcing techniques and HR databases.
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to influence decision making
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
This position is based in Mexico´s City or Monterrey, Mexico.
