ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityThis role is responsible of executing the end to end external recruitment process for L01 – L04 open positions for the US (PepsiCo Foods North America and Global Groups and Functions) aligned with the local requirements while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed.Your Impact As Talent Acquisition Anaylst your functions would consist ofExecute end to end external recruitment process:Facilitation of Hiring Manager kick-off meeting to align the process, SLAs and profile requirements.Trigger external postingEnsure timely and effective communication between candidate(s) and hiring team.Screen, assess, and evaluate external candidates with face-to-face behavioural-based interviewing methodologies and present qualified candidate slate (3-5) to hiring team.
Ensure slate diversity representation requirements for the US.Collect post-interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussion, if needed.Create the OLDF (Offer Letter Detailed Form) to generate the offer letter.
Obtain TR and HR approvals when needed.Extend verbal offer and lead negotiation with candidate if needed.Send feedback communication to non-selected candidates.Ensure service delivery and KPIs fulfilment such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS) and system accuracy, among others.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partners, Mexico Business Services (MBS) and Hyderabad Business Services (HBS) teams in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility.Leverage talent insights from the external market to present clear data, tendencies and challenges to Hiring Managers, as well as proposed talent solutions.Look for alternative external talent sources to keep candidate flow Qualifications¿Who Are We Looking For?
Bachlor's Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related fieldsProven work experience as a talent sourcer or similar role, with experience with sourcing techniques ( recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings), familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, such as iCIMS) and LinkedIn RecruiterProficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookStrong English oral and written communication skillsCustomer focused, adaptable, strong follow-up and organizational skillsAbility to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the processAbility to handle multiple tasks at the same timeIf this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.
