Job DescriptionWhat you will do? You will support and collaborate with respective internal groups and employees focusing on new ideas, solutions, team calls, mentoring, partnerships with colleagues, hiring managers and HR.You will successfully meet and exceed functional objectives around leads, contacts, interview rates, diversity metrics, offers, quality of hires, improvement tools and processes.You will develop knowledge through understanding the business needs, market trends and analytics.You will provide excellent customer care and relationship building.You will use process/project management skills to deliver accurate, data-based and timely recruitment strategies.You understand external factors that impact the supply of top talent, our competitive position, salary level structure, candidate supply and requirements.You will proactively present to functional leadership teams.You will translate data into clear and concise communication and reports.Work Appropriately: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis.
Additional Job DescriptionRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or any related field with recruitment experience (hourly recruitment process).Required experience in a similar position: 1 to 3 years.English Level: Intermediate to advanced.Key Skills: Data Analytics, experience in technical recruitment, collaboration, and influencing.Preferred Qualifications: Expert level in databases (Excel, Power BI).Proficient in Microsoft Office.GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
