Collaborating with business leaders across departments, you will support our growth objectives, spearhead the development of the office, champion our company culture, and create a welcoming environment for new employees in Queretaro.Talent Acquisition (~70-80%)Design a targeted talent acquisition strategy to support the growth of the Queretaro location, ensuring the attraction of high-quality candidates to meet Redwood's business needs.Serve as the go-to expert on Mexico's labor market, providing insights and educating teams on market trends as needed.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain a consistent recruitment cadence from job posting to candidate selection.Act as the primary candidate liaison, guiding prospective talent through the interview process while highlighting Redwood's history, mission, and core values
