Responsabilidades Responsible for attracting candidates with different job boards, job fairs and field recruitment attention.
Schedule medical background checks.
Attendance and follow up for referral program.
Responsible for pre-onboarding talk with candidates.
Schedule interviews with Trainer, Supervisor and Union Leader.
Confirm accepted candidates to the supervisor and ask for hiring documents.
Provide feedback for candidates not accepted.
Maintain data analytics for field recruitment job.
Integrate hiring documentation.
Requisitos Knowledge: Massive hourly recruitment experience.Sourcing, interviews.Social media and field recruitment.Education: Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration degrees or similar.Experience: 1-year experience as a recruiter or similar roles.Skills and abilities: Integrity.Responsibility.Experiment and learn behavior. Hiring Range Applicable according to locality.
