You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional individuals who will contribute to the smooth functioning of our business. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to find the best candidates for operations roles.ResponsibilitiesOwn the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, initially with a specific focus on Operations roles.Leverage various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.Conduct initial screens, and coordinate technical assessments and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit for different roles.Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Contribute to our employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, with a focus on highlighting the opportunities and challenges in different teams.Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize our hiring process and improve efficiency.Requirements2+ years of successful recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional proficiency in both English and Spanish, enabling seamless communication with diverse candidates and stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport with hiring managers and candidates alike.Proficient in utilizing innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, referrals, and job boards, to attract top talent.A genuine interest in the fintech industry and a desire to contribute to our mission of becoming a financial companion to all the LatAm immigrants in the USA commitment to providing a positive candidate experience and fostering a welcoming company culture.Experience in employer branding and marketing is a big plus
