****Role Definition**Ensures all responsibilities within the hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices.
Recruits qualified applicants according to workforce needs.
**Responsibilities**- Placing advertisements, attending job fairs, and performing other related duties to support recruitment processes.
**Basic Requirements**- Bachelor's degree or 70% advanced- At least 1 years of experience in recruiting for management positions- Previous experience with an Enterprise ATS (Ex.
Workday, Taleo, Peoplesoft)- English Conversational- Experience with proactive sourcing and developing a sourcing strategy.- Experience with using data to influence hiring decisions (i.E.
