**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:- Conduct reference checks during the AEP.- Provide a summary of the reference check feedback to the TA specialist or relevant stakeholders.- Coordinate with HR to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Share relevant information and documentation to facilitate the onboarding process.

#beboldr- An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details- Passionate about client satisfactionn**Requirements**:**YOU HAVE**- Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant discipline you're passionate about!- 6 months - 1-year experience in end-to-end recruitment.- Experience doing reference checks.- Flexible with working hours.- Adept at using different sourcing techniques and platforms.- Preferably with a Targeted Selection certificate or any equivalent certification.- Great English communication skills in both written and verbal mediums.- An eye for profiling and spotting people who are not only a technical fit but a culture fit as well- Excellent analytical skills.
