As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you are responsible for providing assistance to our most important asset: our People.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
- Conduct reference checks during the AEP.
- Provide a summary of the reference check feedback to the TA specialist or relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Share relevant information and documentation to facilitate the onboarding process.

**Requirements**:
**YOU HAVE**
- Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant discipline you're passionate about!
- 6 months - 1-year experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience doing reference checks.
- Flexible with working hours.
- Adept at using different sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Preferably with a Targeted Selection certificate or any equivalent certification.
- Great English communication skills in both written and verbal mediums.
- An eye for profiling and spotting people who are not only a technical fit but a culture fit as well
- Excellent analytical skills.
