No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityResponsible for the full-cycle of the pre offer and pre hire processes for South Cone, Andean and Caricam markets, working in alignment with SDTS, MBS and local teams.Your ImpactAs TA Backoffice Analyst your functions would consist of:Deliver correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirement.Backoffice management of need to hire process, initiating request through myservices/ATS System.Develop and negotiate the offer terms (e.G. comp. sign on bonus, vacation time, benefits, etc.).Support approvals for levels, sign-on bonuses.Review the offer, complete governance checks, and follow up on outstanding questions.Steward process of manager offering chosen candidate.Manage scheduling process for all countries of scope.Manage pre hire process.Periodically review and manage open requisition report for accuracy.Deliver services at the defined SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities.Manage new hire documentation process.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Intermediate in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills), Portuguese (Desirable).Previous intermediary experience with high-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professional-level.Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.Development programs according to Leadership skills.Specialized training according to the role.Learning experiences with internal and external providers.We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others
