In this role, you will collaborate with the team to drive strategic initiatives and innovate our recruitment processes.
You will work to enhance the recruitment experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, while also providing cross-functional support at the regional level.
As part of its separation from Carrier, the Commercial and Residential Fire business is building its Talent Acquisition team.
This presents an excellent opportunity motivated problem solver to assume the Talent Acquisition Business Partner within the human resources organization.
Candidate Profile As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner focusing on Recruitment Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our recruitment processes.
You will also play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities Strong project management skills and operational rigor, with the ability to work with cross-functional partners to drive projects toward completion (Strong Excel experience required).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide operational support.
Engaging as a strategic talent advisor and key relationship manager with HRBPs and business stakeholders across the Americas Business and HR engagement to understand future hiring demand plans that will influence candidate attraction and talent pooling strategy and provide TA insights that may impact planning Implement and develop new Talent Acquisition methodologies/initiatives to satisfy specific Business & Talent Acquisition requirements in partnership with TA leadership, TA Tech and RPO relationship manager as appropriate.
Provide training and support to hiring managers and recruitment team members on recruitment processes and best practices.
Take steps to understand the business environment and industry landscape of customer groups to become more effective in supporting the business Collaborate with leaders to work with, and process external vendor contracts as well as manage third party agency performance.
Experience Relevant in-house/RPO client facing TA experience gained in large complex organization(s) with multiple stakeholders.
This role is highly relationship-driven and requires a responsive and professional business partner with a proven track record of building successful stakeholder relationships.
You can guide stakeholders through complex situations and drive successful outcomes whilst effectively managing expectations.
Act as an ambassador for the Talent Acquisition function and the Carrier businesses, always behaving ethically and professionally driving the 'best practice' message.
Translate commercial strategy into Talent Acquisition operational activity proactively acting as a catalyst to continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
Ensure best fit organizational design and delivery model of Talent Acquisition services, to deliver the best customer experience- for the business and candidates.
Keep connected to best practice developments and innovations within the Talent Acquisition discipline outside the organization Business and HR engagement to understand future hiring demand plans that will influence candidate attraction and talent pooling strategy and provide TA insights that may impact planning Leading or contributing to Talent Acquisition projects or improvement initiatives e.g.
Diversity & Inclusion projects, process and technology enhancements, Hiring Managers upskilling, etc Additional responsibilities may vary depending on business needs.
Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment operations, preferably in a business partner role working closely with internal and RPO recruitment teams.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, processes, and best practices.
Experience with recruitment technology solutions and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday Preferred).
Strong Excel and analytical skills.
