**The role**:
- Build and manage relations with all Internal and external stakeholders to provide a proactive exceptional customer service ensuring a positive Image and awareness of the company is promoted at all times.
This will Include working with the HR Business Partners to understand and manage succession planning of all divisions
- Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire best talent
- Design resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and building talent pools
- Manage own workload to ensure a best in class recruitment service is delivered, ensuring the most effective sourcing strategies to maintain cost per hire.
Enhance and encourage awareness of internal referral programme and where required, focused effort on diversity
- Produce timely and accurate activity and Management Information reporting for your business areas
- Produce communications to a high standard (e.g.
advertisements) and in accordance with the customers brand guidelines if required;
- Drive and deliver relevant customer presentations and evaluation/review meetings at VP/Director level
- Develop and maintain pro-active and constructive relationships with VP/Director level by demonstrating an understanding of the business the associated requirements and set
**To be successful in the role, you will have**:
- 1+ years of full cycle recruitment experience required in a corporate or agency setting highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced English
- Degree from an accredited institution, or commensurate work experience is required
