Talent Acquisition Coordinator

World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.WBL is a U.S.Based company with a 100% remote workforce.This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.
Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language.

**About the Job**:**Responsibilities**:- Support in developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Assist hiring managers in identifying workforce needs and translating them into recruitment plans.- Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:- 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills- Previous experience in full cycle recruitment, human resources.- Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred.- Experience working with ATS such as Workable- Experience with Zoom- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.- Proactive approach and strong work ethic- Ability to learn quickly and strong organization skills- Excellent attention to detail**Benefits**- Contract/Consultant position.- DOE Experienced based salary- 11 US Paid Holidays- Fully remote WFH position
