Talent Acquisition Coordinator

**Objective of the position**

Coordinate the entire recruiting process for the specified support area within the DRÄXLMAIER Group in cooperation with the units as well as conduct job interviews.

**Principal activities**:
Conduct individual measures at universities in the region.

Identify recruitment sources/methods.

Assure personnel recruitment for jobs in the employee area.

Conduct database/ online research according to input from the job specification.

Publish job advertisements.

Prepare, conduct and assess the selection tests for workers, students of dual studies/vocational training programs and trainees.

Manage smaller (short/ medium-term) projects within the division/ department (e.g. in the areas of time management, promotions, employee transfers, benefits etc.).

Cooperate in the definition of job requirements/ specifications together with the functional departments.

**Requirements: **

Professional career: BD Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations or related.

Relevant experience: 3 years working in Recruitment and Selection process (BC & WC). Experience in recruitment sources management and recruitment events.

English Intermediate.

**Technical knowledge**:

- Interview by competencies
- Psychometric test
- Assessment Center
- Microsoft Office


Salario Nominal: A convenir
