Job Title: TA CoordinatorOverview:What you will do:- Prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail.- Onboarding new associates in preparation for their first day- process improvement initiatives- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed (Example: Intern career fairs and job postings)What we'd like you to have:- Bachelor's Degree- Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint- 1yr or more experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment coordinating- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft office- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment- Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills- Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion, and sensitivity- Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company- Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to takeownership of a decision and when to involve other parties- Think ahead and troubleshoot; remove obstacles beforethey become problems with a skill of impeccable attention to detailWho you are:- Passionate- Articulate- Data driven- Detail oriented- Adaptable- Team Player- Thrives in an incredibly fast pace environmentLI-RemoteOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
