**Talent Acquisition Coordinator**
**AS A TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR, YOU WILL**:
- Perform a variety of tasks that require leading data integrity in different systems.
- Draft communications to be shared internally and externally, such as job postings, organizational announcements, etc.
- Support a fast-paced team by coordinating interview scheduling needs for internal and external roles located in the US.
This includes coordinating interviews via phone, video, and on-site.
This could also include complex team interviews located at multiple sites in different time zones.
- Be a proactive and resourceful problem solver with excellent attention to detail who can work through coordinating conflicting schedules and trade-offs.
- Provide professional and responsive communications to all partners in the recruiting process.

**Flexible Work Schedule - Remote Work Option and Core Hours**
You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm.

**Required education, experience & skills**:
- Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills, have great attention to detail, be organized and have proven process improvement skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, changing priorities, and judge time critical demands.
- Ability to work with sensitive information, be a great teammate, work collaboratively, be dependable and portray a professional, positive image to all stakeholders.
- Handle workload to include HR projects as assigned, including participating and contributing in a perfect execution approach toward work processes.
**Preferred education, experience & skills**:
- Bachelor's degree, or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, plus 1 year of related experience (co-op/internship experience will be considered), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Human Resources/Business degree preferred.
- Previous experience scheduling meetings or interviews.
- Experience in recruiting support and with applicant tracking/record keeping systems, preferably Oracle Recruit.
