**Key responsibilities**
- Recruitment Carry out routine recruitment support tasks and assist others by following established procedures. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.
- Resolving Customer Issues Respond to basic customer issues, such as returns, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Carry out a range of onboarding and/or offboarding procedures (for example, obtaining references, conducting background checks, and other basic vetting procedures) to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion.
- Assessment Center DesignSupport the creation of assessment centers; adjust content as directed; draft documentation; record assessment observations; and provide feedback to line management.
- Administration Conduct data entry into company systems, and review and verify the information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
