ICON people have a mission to succeed and a passion that ensures what we do, we do well.The Talent Acquisition Coordinator acts as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support of the function; is also responsible forensuring that all aspects of recruitment administration/coordination are carried out in a professional, timely and efficient manner and in line with internal processes.**The role**:- Prepare all necessary interview and assessment paperwork and ensuring this is provided to managers ahead of scheduled assessment- Ensure Workday system is updated to record interview details and relevant comments- Follow up with Hiring Managers to ensure that all interview/assessment notes are collated, explaining the importance of the collection of this documentation- Be involved in and action Workday changes as requested and run recruitment reports as necessary- Assist with other related recruitment duties and input into projects as required- Office administration required to support the efficient running of the recruitment process- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the business, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant recruitment processes- Management of day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessaryMust be located in the Mexico City area willing to work 3 days in the office, 2 days from home per week.- Bachelor Degree/Associates Degree- Proficient of English language- Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience.- Previous experience in staffing, human resources, or recruiting is preferred.- Advanced computer skills including spreadsheet, database, presentation, and word processing tools.- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.**Benefits of Working in ICON**:Our success depends on the knowledge, capabilities and quality of our people.
