We have a presence in the national and international market, offering added value and solutions to IT consulting processes, talent attraction, testing manufacturing, custom projects, and development center.At Getecsa, our main objective is to offer services with a high sense of quality so that our business partners can achieve their objectives in an agile and quality manner, ensuring high satisfaction with our support.Candidacy: We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to work with one of our main clients in Aguascalientes in a hybrid modality.Requirements:Fully bilingual5 years of experience in the IT Industry and 15 years of total experienceExperience with Talent AcquisitionKnowledge of policies and proceduresStrategies to attract and acquire talentProficient in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)Experience with KPIsFamiliarity with good practicesAble to collaborate/work with all levels in the organizationCustomer-centricJob Functions:Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategy framework.Identify, lead, and manage key initiatives to improve talent acquisition efficiencies and outcomes for assigned regions and businesses.Interact with key stakeholders to align the TA strategy (including campus hiring) with the organization strategy.Lead, manage and oversee the Talent Acquisition operations.Conduct Recruitment Planning exercises with Delivery heads (OBU Heads) to finalize the annual TA plan (including contract positions) for the market by reviewing the capacity plan, localization targets, etc.Interact with Delivery and Country leadership of the market every month to review and update recruitment numbers, share market intelligence, open positions, talent availability, locational inputs, etc.Discuss and set direction for the TA leads and recruiters by defining priorities, reviewing channel mix (based on niche/volume skill), Time to hire, source channel mix, or any other strategic initiatives.Conduct regular reviews to ensure 100% compliance with established processes (including background verification for laterals) and achievement of defined recruitment targets for businesses in the GDC.Develop and maintain external linkages within the industry, industry forums, and partners to obtain market intelligence and best practices.Manage Campus Recruitment for the assigned region.Influence and engage key stakeholders in the locations to participate in relevant campus engagements.Lead and manage TA initiatives & activities to enhance branding.Oversee Talent Acquisition automation and process optimization.We Offer:Hybrid modality in Aguascalientes.Monitoring, clarity, and honesty in the processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
