You rely on others' candid feedback for continuous improvement.Participants will get hands-on experience working with operations seeing the day-to-day work such as setting appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, attending regularly scheduled meetings, exposure to leadership, and more.
They will also be assigned a special project aligned with company strategic goals and initiatives which they will present recommendations for at the end of the program to a group of executives and senior leaders.
Following completion of the internship, participants will be considered for a full-time opportunity.
