Talent Acquisition Interviewer

Objective
The Talent Acquisition Interviewer is responsible for the effective selection and hiring of qualified personnel.
Preforming behavioral and competency based interviews for the various operative roles while building the value of our brand.
Responsibilities and Functions.
- Conduct in-person and remote interviews while building the value of the brand utilizing various interview techniques (Competency & Behavioral based interviews)
- Preform English level assessments utilizing the Common European Framework for the Reference of Languages
- Compliance with the operative hiring requirements and overall objectives of the area
- Follow-up with the internal transfer of operative personnel
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions
