We are looking for a super enthusiastic and experienced talent acquisition Sr specialist that really looks to impact the company in LA region, facing important challenges for technological areas.
**What Skills You Need**:- Leads the tactical deployment and administration of an assigned HR process.
Identifies, develops and enhances tools and processes in support of the assigned integrated HR process.- Leads execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the assigned process to align best practices with enterprise strategy and business requirements.
Makes recommendations for both short-term and long-term roadmaps.- Collaborates with others as necessary to deploy and integrate new and existing HR processes and services to meet business needs.
Ensures appropriate allocation of resources to meet commitments.
Oversees the maintenance of required technology and manages integrity of data for assigned process.- Performs ongoing process review including key performance indicators and delivery against objectives.
Measures effectiveness of process relative to business requirements and efficiency.
Communicates process performance in achieving strategic goals and facilitating progress towards goals.- Stays abreast of regulatory and legal requirements relative to assigned process.
Monitors process deployment to ensure compliance with the governance aspects, and adherence to internal and external reporting and regulation requirements.- Provides consultation and guidance to HR and the business to ensure alignment with common processes and to continuously improve process and service standards.
Serves on HR committees and/or project teams as needed.- May maintain relationships with outside suppliers to provide process management and ensure supplier quality, compliance, and identify leverage opportunities.- May lead or participate in projects to implement ongoing process revisions, communications and training.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:- Fluently in English, Portuguese is desirable- 8 years of experience recruiting specialized positions in Manufacturing and Technology in world class companies
