This position will be responsible for day-to-day operations and processes in the TA space and drive key/strategic initiatives to deliver high-quality talent solutions that meet the business hiring needs and objectives. The role will partner with our RPO, Hiring Managers, HR Managers, Operations Leaders, and external vendors to ensure a seamless and positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This individual will proactively manage appropriate vendor relationships to deliver processes and experiences that align to our overall Talent Acquisition strategy and the organization's business direction. There will be an opportunity to participate in projects as needed.*This role will be on-site in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon, Mexico*Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Develop and implement recruitment strategies in partnership with the RPO for Professional hiring initiatives in the U.S. Collaborate with HRM's/HM to advise job profiles when neededManage the relationship and performance with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with service level agreements, key performance indicators, and escalations. Partner with our Procurement team to ensure standardized and competitive contractual agreements for vendor servicesWork with RPO to identify hiring events and digital marketing campaigns, including social media platformsEnsure the RPO local recruitment strategy aligns with business objectivesMonitor and evaluate RPO quality, compliance, cost-effectiveness, HM and candidate experience in accordance with service level agreements
