**Description**
The Talent Acquisition Manager is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the company, providing a high level of customer service, administrative support and project management throughout the recruiting process outsourcing with our Clients.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the design, development and implementation of a leading edge full-cycle recruitment process, to include adopting best practices, using metrics to develop cost-effective recruiting and creative recruitment solutions.
**Educational and Work experience required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Six years of full-time experience on staffing and recruiting industry and/or Automotive Industry. Must have experience about how talent acquisition fits into the bigger picture on a strategic level.
**Required SKILLS/ABILITIES**:
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Board Management for National Recruiting Teams
- Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Must have excellent command of English language and grammar, both verbal and written.
- Experience with corporate communication which consistently demonstrates respect, concern, and responsiveness.
- Must have organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to process and protect confidential information in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
