You will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates.
In addition, you will oversee planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company, which could include outreach and internships.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing and recruitment strategies.Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting and hiring processes.Manage full life cycle recruitment.Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.Maintain an environment of equal employment, inclusion and diversity in support of the Company's initiatives.Utilize HRIS tools for proper collection and storage of recruitment data, making recommendations for improvements as needed.Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.
).Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops.Suggest measures for improving employee retention.Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.Attend career and college fairs, and similar events to promote company branding and increase cultural awareness.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.7+ years of full cycle recruiting with 5 years in a supervisory role.Knowledge in mining, manufacturing and/or construction industry experience is a plus.Ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs.Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Previous experience with the creation of new programs, e.G., internships with universities
