The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the recruitment and selection process for assigned roles to deliver capable candidates in a timely fashion.
This role performs full life-cycle recruiting and maintains excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the HR community (local and Global teams).We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.

If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will DoContribute to the development of full life-cycle recruitment strategies (source, evaluate, and select qualified talent via research, networking, and social media).Partner with the HR team and hiring managers to drive the recruitment process.Build effective relationships with the business to influence business leaders to proactively address today's and future recruitment challenges.Screen and present viable resumes and qualified candidates to hiring managers.Engage and manage candidates with appropriate follow-up and feedback to emphasize the Essity employment brand and maintain integrity in the candidate process.Build and develop Talent Acquisition team to deliver excellent employee experience in full recruitment process.Communicate recruitment-related information to all levels of the business.Drive Employer branding and attractiveness Plan in Mexico.Responsible for onboarding process.Deliver support to fulfill business and global HR process requirements.Coordinate and execute global and local specific process or policy delivery for recruitment.Propose harmonization of specific HR processes at country level and implement, in-line with HR Global and business unit principles, policies, and guidelines for recruitment.Who You AreHR Experience in FMCG, especially being responsible for the whole recruitment process and employer branding.Deep knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.Fluent in English; native in Spanish.Ability to build relationships at different levels in the organization.Capable of challenging senior management when needed.Numerical/Analytical skills, experience managing KPI's related to Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition.Experience managing onboarding.Manage Workday System.High integrity standards.
