In this role you will have the opportunity to address several aspects of human resources and gain generalist experience for HR activities in the Americas region with a specific focus on Mexico, USA and Canada.
You will support recruitment, immigration, onboarding and employer branding activities.
You will support HR teams in their day-to-day work to provide value-added service to support the organization in delivering better results.
This function is reporting to the VP HR Americas.
**Your Mission**:- Assess the current recruitment strategy and propose short and mid-term evolutions- Lead and manage recruitment activities, especially in Mexico and US- Develop a strategic partnership with local universities and presence in job fairs- Evaluate sourcing opportunities for combined HR services (recruiting, mobility service, law firms etc.
)- Identify and implement the most efficient process to allow our customer-facing employees to work abroad, including the analysis of tax compliance- Identify the areas of improvement of the company's current immigration and relocation process- Build a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including leaders of the organization and their teams, immigration law firm and any other vendor participating in a relocation process- Ensure that all the required documentation is provided on a timely manner for immigration purposes- Support country HR Managers as needed in HR-related initiatives**Your Profile**: To excel in this position, you will need:- Strong customer service skills- Be a team player- Ability to assess knowledge and skills- Ability to work with discretion while handling confidential information- Digital experience and data analytical mindset- Detail oriented- Have a lively and dynamic personality, quick to execute- Have a good attitude and desire to learn- Have strong communication and interpersonal skillsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a similar field- Minimum 3-5 years in recruiting, human resources and/or immigration- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish- French, Italian or Portuguese would be a plus- Experience in an international and multicultural company is preferred**Contract Type**:**Permanent**:**Country**:**MEXICO**:**Location**:**Guadalajara**:
