**Your New Role**

**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Supporting multiple Recruiters and Sourcers in coordinating hiring team interviews and debrief sessions. Interviews may include phone, video and on-site meetings, complex multilayered scheduling, and the facilitation of travel arrangements.
- Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, the administration of legal documents, and other projects as needed.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor´s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Previous experience working collectively with a team
- Demonstrable attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Other Nice to Have**
- Written and verbal communication skills in French highly preferred
