We are positioned at the intersection of sustainability and technology, developing technology that helps save our customers energy and reduce their carbon emissions.The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist is responsible for administrative support to the Global TA team in the areas of systems, processes, tools, and branding, internal compliance, engagement surveys, etc. This role will support the enhancement and standardization of our current systems and processes as well as the evolvement of our global TA strategy needed to deliver top talent. This individual will report to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager.Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Administration, optimization, planning, and standardization of all processes, tools, policies, compliance, engagement surveys, in support of Global Recruitment efforts.Maintain a positive relationship with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring delivery of service level agreements and key performance indicators.Maintaining publications of policies, procedures, knowledge base articles, processes, tools, etc. that support Global TA Operations.Administrative support for internal team meetings and QBR by pulling and compiling data for presentation decks and metrics.Administration of TA related ticketing system, pre-employment adjudication, new hire kits, referral bonus, audits, etc.Will support projects as needed and related to TA.Skills and Minimum Experience RequiredExperience supporting large corporate or global TA teams.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred.Experience with an RPO model strongly preferred.Knowledge of vendor agreements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of project lifecycles, tools, and frameworks.Skills and Minimum Experience PreferredBilingual - English and Spanish or French (speaking and writing preferred) strongly preferred.HRIS ticketing support.Physical RequirementsSedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.Travel RequirementsDomestic and/or International 0% - 25%We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
