If you are swift to action, confident to lead, willing to collaborate, and curious about what science can do, then you're our kind of person!We are looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Partner/Team Lead to join the International team on a secondment/fixed term contract.**What you'll do**In this role, as well as all of the accountabilities below, you'll be responsible for data governance and improvement across the whole International region (over 75 markets). Additionally, you'll be our LATAM region Talent Acquisition point of contact, providing strategic support to enhance the capabilities and performance of the LATAM Talent Acquisition team.**Responsibilities**:- Supports with the implementation of the TAq operating model, standards and processes in all markets in-region, including supporting regional TAq Teams in onboarding new colleagues- Works with Regional TAq, HR partners and business leaders to understand business priorities and tailor TAq support to meet requirements - including supporting on the design and delivery of recruitment marketing activity- Mentors and coaches wider in-market TAq team, building greater access and usage of TAq COE outputs.- Comfortable with handling differing expectations of senior stakeholders under direction of GTAqL in various time zones
