This position is for you!Ingredion is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for the Associate level recruitment of one or more manufacturing plants accross the US or Canada.LOCATION: Guadalajara SSC, MexicoREPORTS TO: Talent Acquisition Lead, Associate Recruiting US/CANCore Responsibilities:- Build productive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and proactively anticipate and resolve issues through effective communication, customer service & expectations management.- Responsible for developing hiring plans for assigned plants/locations against hiring demand.- Identify and attract high-quality talent for assigned requisitions and stakeholder groups.- Perform full life cycle recruitment - from sourcing strategies, posting positions, networking with passive talent pools and partnering with HR, to develop interview agendas, gathering interviewer feedback, leading debrief sessions and support offer delivery and onboarding process.- Review resume submissions, screen applicants for competence, applicable background and skills, and assess individual goals and ability to fit in the organization and function effectively.- Demonstrate data integrity in the ATS and ticket system, and ensure their consistent utilization & updates to meet compliance and business needs as well as HR reporting.- Where applicable, deliver pre-hire assessment & support HR and managers in reviewing results.- Provide support for successful onboarding through managing process & leveraging technologies.- Bachelor's Degree required. Major in business, organizational psychology, or HR preferred.- Advanced verbal/written English communication skill required.- 1 year of HR experience, ideally with some recruiting activities at the Associate level and/or across different roles.- Experience working in a multinational company with an international scope of responsibility (US & Canada specifically), ideally in union manufacturing, food or chemical production environments (_preferred_).- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS, Workday, SuccessFactors or similar) (_preferred_).- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.- High energy & enthusiasm, with a customer service orientation and ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
